A specialty yeast designed to produce classic rum flavours by fermenting at higher temperatures, ideally around 35°C. Contains Glucoamylase Enzyme.
How to use: Ferment at approximately 35°C for genuine rum character – the built-in Glucoamylase helps with starch conversion if using a grain-based wash.
Best suited to washes aiming for authentic, full-bodied rum flavour.
