This website (hshomebrew.com.au) is operated by H&S Brew Supplies (“we”, “us”, “our”), trading through our Nerang Brewing and Oxenford Brewing stores in Queensland, Australia. By using this website or placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Our Products

We sell equipment, ingredients, and supplies for home beer, wine, cider, spirits, ginger beer, and cheese making. We do not sell alcohol. Some products we sell (such as distilling equipment and spirit essences) are legal to purchase and use in Australia within the limits described on our Distilling Legal Information page — it is your responsibility to understand and comply with these requirements, including any licensing obligations under Australian Taxation Office rules, before using our products to produce alcohol for consumption.

3. Pricing and Availability

Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We make reasonable efforts to ensure prices and product information are accurate, but errors may occasionally occur. If we discover a pricing error on an order you’ve placed, we will contact you before proceeding, and you may choose to continue at the corrected price or cancel your order for a full refund.

Product availability is not guaranteed. If an item you’ve ordered is unexpectedly out of stock, we will contact you to arrange a substitute, refund, or delay.

4. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you’re making an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline. Payment is processed securely at checkout; we do not store your full card details. Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.
