Pure Distilling Barrel Chunks are cut from genuine, freshly emptied barrels sourced from distilleries around the world. After their time ageing commercial spirits, these barrels are repurposed into chunks ideal for home use.
Our signature Bourbon chunks are sourced from fresh American Oak barrels that have held genuine Bourbon in famous Kentucky (USA) distilleries. These will produce a fantastic bourbon that is close to the real deal – expect bold vanilla, charred oak and sweet spice notes with smooth finish.
Instructions – Recommended to soak on 2.5L of 40% ABV neutral spirit or vodka for 6-8 days.
