How to use: Dissolve 8kg sugar (or 9kg dextrose) into 21L of water at 30°C, then add the yeast along with Pure Distilling Spirit Enhancer and stir well. Ferment for around 10 days at 20-27°C, then add Crystal Clear once the hydrometer reads 990 or below.
Makes a 20% ABV wash – a strong, reliable choice for a full-size 25L batch.
