About H&S Brew Supplies

H&S Brew Supplies didn’t start as a blank slate — we took over two already-loved Gold Coast homebrew shops, and Hiedi came with them. She’d spent over ten years behind the counter before we took over, which means the knowledge didn’t restart from zero. If you’ve been coming in for advice for years, there’s a good chance the person answering your questions is the same one who’s always answered them.

We run those same two stores today — Nerang and Oxenford — covering beer, wine, spirits, cider, ginger beer, and cheese making. Same straight answers, just two doors to walk through to get them.
